Director
Heather founded Allegro in 2002 when she returned to Melbourne from Italy. She has always loved music and studied violin and piano from a young age. She then trained in classical singing (opera) and performed both vocally and dramatically while away. Heather has had the good fortune to have assisted a range of fabulous clients in some spectacular settings. Her love of the arts, industry contacts and innate creative flair allow her to create experiences for clients that are just magical!

Hannah joined Allegro in 2014 and is very passionate about the performing arts industry. She studied contemporary and classical dance and was involved in a number of artistic endeavours from music theatre, drama and live music to visual art from a very young age. Hannah has a keen interest in events and extensive experience in the creative industries including publishing and not-for-profit dance organisations. Hannah is inspired by Melbourne’s venues and culture. She thrives on working with clients, helping them to exceed expectations for every event. Most importantly, she ensures that they have a great time!

Production/AV Manager
Phil has worked freelance with nearly every AV and sound company in Melbourne, and has supplied and consulted on AV for ANZ, Westpac, Bunnings, Telstra, Fosters, BHP, Rio Tinto, Toyota, Holden, Fox FM and DMG Radio. This extensive experience has led to him working at some of the biggest venues and events in Melbourne and Australia including the MCEC, The Sofitel Ballroom, Crown Palladium, The Park Hyatt and Hilton on the Park.
In terms of large scale events, Phil has worked as an audio engineer at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Future Music Festival, The Big Day Out, Sound Wave Festival, Brunswick Music Festival and the Port Fairy Folk Festival. For many years, he designed and supplied the sound system for Tennis Australia for their famous artist performance stage at the Australian Open. He has also supplied audio on tours of musicians such as: The Angels, John Stevens, Daryl Braithwaite, Jimmy Barnes, Belinda Carlisle, Ben Kweller, Data Rock, The Wombats, You Am I, Oasis, Sneaky Sound System, The PotBelleez, Rose Tattoo, Little Red and Baby Animals.
